We are looking for a hands-on Automation Testing Trainer who can teach, demonstrate, and mentor students and working professionals. This role is not for theorists. If the candidate hasn’t built frameworks or written real automation scripts, they are unfit.
Deliver practical training on Automation Testing from beginner to advanced level
Train students on real-time projects, not dummy examples
Design course structure, assignments, and test cases
Conduct hands-on sessions on automation tools
Explain manual testing concepts as foundation (SDLC, STLC, Test Design)
Guide students on interview preparation, resumes, and mock interviews
Evaluate student performance through tests, projects, and code reviews
Stay updated with current testing tools and frameworks
Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver
Automation using Java or Python (must be at least one)
Frameworks: TestNG / JUnit / PyTest
Knowledge of Hybrid / POM frameworks
API Testing using Postman / Rest Assured
Basic CI/CD knowledge (Jenkins preferred)
Version control: Git / GitHub
Basic SQL for database validation
SDLC, STLC
Test case design techniques
Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity testing
Bug life cycle & defect tracking (JIRA)
1+ years in Software Testing (Automation preferred)
Training or mentoring experience is a strong advantage
Real industry project exposure is mandatory
Clear communication (no mumbling, no guessing)
Ability to explain complex topics in simple language
Strong classroom or online session control
Discipline and punctuality
Freshers with only course certificates
Candidates with theoretical knowledge only
Anyone who has never worked on real automation frameworks
