 Basics of French Language and terms used

Different types of Menu

 F&B Production, Menu Planning, Alcoholic and Non

Alcoholic Beverages

 Various types of cutlery

 Room servicing and different type of rooms

Minimum Education 3 years Degree/ Diploma in Hotel Management

Age Range 35 years - 50 Years

Gender Male / Female (If Male , then should be married)

Industry Exposure Required Out of total experience , min 3-4 years experience must be

in a 5 star Hotel or reputed organization / Institute

IT Knowledge/ Other

Competencies

Fidelio/ Opera

Travel Must be ready to Travel

Compensation Band 45 K - 60 K p.m. + PLI upto Rs 10 K p.m.
