Job Role:
NXG Food Safety Works is seeking a skilled and proactive Training Coordinator to support and strengthen our training team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all trainings are effectively planned and executed, manage pre- and post-training activities, and act as a key liaison with clients to deliver seamless training experiences while contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their training requirements and provide tailored solutions.

• Develop and maintain training documentation, records, and reports.

• Collaborate with clients to plan trainings and publish a training calendar.

• Schedule trainings, manage the LMS, and ensure smooth delivery of all sessions.

• Register candidates and maintain accurate training records.

• Develop training content and create collaterals to enhance learning experiences.

• Coordinate with channel partners, keep them updated, and assist with signups.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, BBM or equivalent). Degree in Food/Nutrition preferred.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in coordination or training-related roles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Creative thinking and effective problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

• Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.

• Preference will be given to local candidates based in Bangalore.

• It is a Full Time Teacher / Tutor job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
