Job Role:
NXG Food Safety Works is seeking a skilled and proactive Training Coordinator to support and strengthen our training team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all trainings are effectively planned and executed, manage pre- and post-training activities, and act as a key liaison with clients to deliver seamless training experiences while contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their training requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Develop and maintain training documentation, records, and reports.
Collaborate with clients to plan trainings and publish a training calendar.
Schedule trainings, manage the LMS, and ensure smooth delivery of all sessions.
Register candidates and maintain accurate training records.
Develop training content and create collaterals to enhance learning experiences.
Coordinate with channel partners, keep them updated, and assist with signups.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, BBM or equivalent). Degree in Food/Nutrition preferred.
1–2 years of relevant experience in coordination or training-related roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Creative thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
Preference will be given to local candidates based in Bangalore.
