Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Technical Trainer with expertise in PC Hardware & Troubleshooting, Networking, Operating Systems (Windows & Linux), CCNA (Routing & Switching), AWS Cloud, and Server Technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality technical training programs to students, professionals, or internal staff, ensuring they gain the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in IT infrastructure roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver instructor-led training (ILT) sessions both online and in-person on:

  • PC Hardware & Troubleshooting

  • Networking Fundamentals

  • Operating Systems (Windows, Linux)

  • Linux System Administration

  • CCNA (Routing & Switching)

  • AWS Cloud Services

  • Server Administration & Networking

• Develop and maintain training materials, labs, manuals, and hands-on exercises.

• Create assessments, quizzes, and practical evaluations to measure learning effectiveness.

• Stay updated with the latest technologies, certification updates, and industry trends.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to students or trainees preparing for certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA, AWS, etc.).

• Customize training programs based on audience level and client requirements.

• Support learners post-training with troubleshooting and clarifying queries.

• Collaborate with the content and L&D team to improve training delivery and learner outcomes.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with:

  • PC assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting

  • Networking concepts – LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Subnetting, Switches, Routers

  • Windows OS (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)

  • Linux OS (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL) & administration

  • CCNA (Routing & Switching) technologies

  • AWS Cloud services

  • Server setup and management (Windows/Linux servers)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Relevant certifications preferred:

  • CCNA (R&S or Enterprise)

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional

  • Linux+ / RHCSA / LPIC

• Proven experience (1+ years) in technical training or IT instruction.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and engaging manner.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Passion for teaching and mentoring.

Preferred:

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Exposure to virtualization (VMware, VirtualBox, etc.).

• Prior experience training for certification preparation (e.g., CCNA, AWS).

• It is a Full Time Teacher / Tutor job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
