Trainer

We are looking for a Spoken English Trainer to join our team at Merida Tech Minds Pvt Ltd with a strong background in English language training and communication skills. The trainer will be responsible to develop lesson plans and teach students according to their educational and professional needs. Job Type : Part Time / Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct spoken English training sessions for students and working professionals.

• Assess, track and report on student language proficiency and progress.

• Provide constructive feedback to students using positive reinforcement techniques.

• Teach students practical speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills along with vocabulary and pronunciation improvement.

• Prepare students for interviews, presentations, and other real-life communication scenarios.

• Encourage interactive and collaborative learning through role plays, group discussions, and activities.

• Maintain a safe, motivating, and positive learning environment for all learners.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is a Bachelor’s Degree in English, Education, Communication, or any related field with 0-6+ years of relevant training experience. Applicants should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage diverse learners, and experience with modern training tools and techniques.
