The BFSI Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality training in banking, financial services, and insurance to students or job seekers. The role focuses on building domain knowledge, practical skills, employability, and placement readiness through classroom instruction, assessments, and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and practical training on BFSI topics.
Teach banking operations, insurance products, financial services, digital banking, KYC/AML, financial literacy, and customer service.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and training materials.
Conduct assessments, quizzes, and practical evaluations.
Monitor student attendance, performance, and progress.
Provide career guidance, interview preparation, and employability training.
Maintain training records, MIS reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with placement teams and industry partners for student employment opportunities.
Organize workshops, role plays, case studies, and field visits where applicable.
