Job Description

Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on BFSI-related subjects.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and assessment tools.
Ensure completion of syllabus within the stipulated timeline.
Monitor student attendance, discipline, and classroom participation.
Conduct mock interviews, grooming sessions, and soft skills training.
Prepare students for assessments, certifications, and placements.
Maintain training records, attendance sheets, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with placement and operations teams for student employment opportunities.
Organize guest lectures, industry exposure visits, and awareness sessions.
Ensure compliance with guidelines of NSDC/SSC/Project requirements.
Conduct periodic tests and evaluate student performance.
Provide counselling and mentoring support to students when required.
Maintain training quality and ensure high student retention.
Support mobilization and counselling activities whenever required.
