The B2C Sales Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering sales training programs for telecalling sales teams within the Magicbricks Contact Center. The role focuses on improving sales capability, revenue performance, call effectiveness, and product knowledge through structured training interventions and ongoing coaching.
Conduct new hire and sales training for B2C agents
Deliver refresher trainings for tenured sales teams
Facilitate classroom and on-floor training sessions
Ensure smooth nesting and ramp-up of new joiners
Train agents on sales pitch, objection handling, and closing techniques
Drive product and process knowledge training
Coach agents on call handling and revenue conversion skills
Support low performers through targeted coaching plans
Develop training modules, presentations, and sales scripts
Create role plays, mock calls, and evaluation exercises
Update training content based on business/product changes
Identify skill gaps through call audits and sales data
Partner with Quality & Operations to improve performance
Track training effectiveness through post-training metrics
Publish training reports and dashboards
Work closely with Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and Quality teams\
Align training interventions with business revenue goals
Support new product or campaign launches through training
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong understanding of telecalling sales processes
Expertise in objection handling and sales closures
Ability to coach and influence adult learners
Data-driven approach to performance improvement
Strong stakeholder management skills
Graduate (mandatory)
Comfortable with 6 days working from office
Languages: English and Regional Language 1 or 2 Mandatory - Hindi (preferable)
1 to 2 years of experience in Sales Training / V&A / Coaching roles
Prior experience in telecalling or inside sales training preferred
Real estate / internet / subscription sales training experience is an advantage
CTC: Up to ₹40,000 per month
