Job Description

We are looking for a Trainer in mechanical or Electrical to join our team at Lernern Pvt Ltd Pune Location with expertise in one or more academic subjects. In this position, you will create lesson plans and guide students based on their learning needs.

Key Responsibilities
 Deliver engaging onsite & online training sessions
 Deliver Carrier counselling
 Manage batches, attendance & course progression
 Coordinate exams, assessments & Training Report
 Liaise with HR & client stakeholders for smooth training operations
Requirements
 Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering/Electrical Engineering//CITS /CTS (0- 2 years’ experience)
 Experience as Trainer / Educator with mentoring skills
 Proficiency in MS Office, Google tools
 Strong communication & organizational skills
 Flexible to travel as on when required.
