Trainer

Job Title: QSR Trainer
Department: Learning & Development / Operations
Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) and classroom sessions for new hires and existing employees.

• Conduct training in SOPs, food preparation standards, customer service, hygiene & safety, and POS usage.

• Train and coach Store Managers, Team Members, and Buddy Trainers to uphold brand and service quality.

• Create and update training content, visual aids, job aids, and training manuals.

• Conduct regular skill assessments, knowledge checks, and refresher training.

• Monitor store operations to identify training needs and gaps.

• Support new store openings with end-to-end training plans and implementation.

• Maintain training documentation and track employee progress.

• Collaborate with the L&D and Operations team for continuous improvement in training delivery and employee performance.

• Ensure alignment with FSSAI, safety, and brand compliance guidelines.

• It is a Full Time Teacher / Tutor job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
