Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery: Conduct end-to-end training sessions for new hires and existing employees for
customer support and sales teams, focusing on both voice and non-voice blended processes.
Content Development: Design and update training content, including presentations, manuals, role-
play exercises, and e-learning modules tailored for the blended process.
Skill Development: Focus on enhancing communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and
consultative selling skills. Train employees on technical aspects of the product and project
management processes.
Performance Monitoring: Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to trainees
during and post-training to ensure knowledge retention and skill application.
On-the-Floor Support: Provide hands-on guidance during the nesting phase to address real-time
queries and and resolve challenges to improve team performance.
Process Knowledge: Train team members on standard BPO protocols, customer service best
practices, and effective sales strategies.
Collaboration: Coordinate with Operations, Quality Assurance, and HR to ensure alignment of
training outcomes with business objectives.
Report Generation: Prepare and maintain reports on training effectiveness, trainee performance,
and training KPIs, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Continuous Improvement: Keep training methodologies updated with the latest industry practices,
tools, and technologies.Requirements and skills:
Education: Any graduate or diploma holder.
Preference: Male candidates under the age of 32 are encouraged to apply.
Experience:
o Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of experience as a Trainer.
o Overall, 3 to 5 years of experience in the BPO sector.
Skills :
Strong knowledge of BPO operations, customer support processes, and the sales lifecycle.
Proficiency in CRM systems, sales, and training tools; knowledge of additional tools such as LMS
(Learning Management System), is preferred.
