Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hair Trainer to join our team at Lakmé Academy in RR Nagar, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both practical and theoretical hairstyling techniques and a flair for teaching. You will be responsible for imparting comprehensive knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, styling, chemical treatments and maintenance, while also ensuring that students understand the science behind hair care.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

Conduct both practical and theoretical lessons for students, ensuring they gain hands-on experience as well as in-depth knowledge of hairstyling, hair science, and the latest trends.

Develop and implement lesson plans and training schedules.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

At least 1-5 years of experience in the hairstyling industry .

Previous experience as a trainer or educator in a professional beauty academy is preferred.

Demonstrated experience in teaching both practical and theoretical courses.

Skills:

Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively explain concepts and engage students.

Ability to break down complex techniques into easy-to-understand steps.

Proficiency with various hairstyling tools and techniques.
