Job Title: Spoken English Trainer
Location: English Caffe Greater Noida
Job Summary:
English Caffe is looking for a passionate and energetic Spoken English Trainer to help students improve their English communication skills. The trainer will conduct interactive classroom sessions, encourage students to speak confidently, and create a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging Spoken English classes for students of different proficiency levels.
Improve students' speaking, listening, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency.
Plan and deliver interactive lessons using role plays, discussions, activities, and presentations.
Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
Motivate students to practice English both inside and outside the classroom.
Maintain attendance, class records, and student performance reports.
Participate in workshops, events, and promotional activities organized by English Caffe.
Follow the institute's teaching methodology and maintain high academic standards.
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Ability to create an engaging and interactive classroom environment.
Prior teaching or training experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
