Working at Client place:

 Deliver engaging robotics classes to students, tailored to different skill levels.

 Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles.

 Plan and adhere to a detailed syllabus schedule to ensure that all required topics are covered within the academic term.

 Monitor progress towards syllabus completion, adjusting lesson plans as necessary to stay on track.

2. Attendance and Punctuality:

 Arrive at the client school premises on time, adhering to the client school's schedule and policies.

 Ensure presence during all assigned classes, training sessions, and related events.  Maintain regular attendance records and report any absences or tardiness promptly.

3. Training for Competitions and Events at Client place:

 Organize and lead training sessions focused on preparing students for robotics competitions and events.

 Ensure that all competition rules and guidelines are clearly communicated and adhered to.

4. Equipment and Resource Management at Client place:

 Manage and maintain all robotics equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.

 Order and organize necessary materials and supplies for classes and competitions.  Ensure proper storage and security of all robotics tools and components.

Client school - Student Assessment and Feedback:

 Periodic assessments should be conducted throughout the academic year and provide constructive feedback.

 Identify areas of improvement and work with students individually or in groups to enhance their skills.

 Document and report on student’s performance and development.

6. Client school - Student Database Management:

 Maintenance of academic reports including syllabi, lesson plans, completed work, and skipped classes.

 Generation of subjective reports for students, highlighting the most responsible and active child, the most inactive child, inattentive students, attentive and intelligent students, and providing individual reports for every child. Compilation of student name lists for all grades, categorized by respective schools.

 Event management reporting, detailing the number of student participants, training duration, and resources provided by Cyber Bots.

 Documentation of academic commitments, including the total number of periods handled, skipped, and the reasons for any skipped classes.

 Creation of auxiliary reports, covering classes handled for schools other than the assigned school, with input from each faculty member.

 Maintenance of the school inventory list.

7. Client School Work - Done Report Maintenance:

 Maintain a regular work-done report, detailing topics covered and activities completed.

 Ensure that all reports are accurate, comprehensive, and free of errors.

 Use the provided template to structure the work-done reports consistently.

 Submit the completed reports to the respective associate by the specified deadlines.

 Incorporate feedback from the associate to improve the quality and accuracy of future reports.

 Keep a backup record of all submitted reports for future reference and accountability.

Office Responsibilities:

 Complete tasks assigned by seniors within the given deadlines.

 Maintain clear and organized records of all administrative work and report progress regularly.

 Ensure that office duties are performed efficiently and accurately.

9. Research and Development:

 Initiate and develop new ideas for the research and development of the company.

 Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement innovative projects.

 Stay updated with the latest advancements in robotics and related technologies to contribute effectively to R&D initiatives.

10. Event Coordination and Participation:

 Plan and organize robotics events, showcases, and demonstrations of project expo  Prepared enough with 100+ project ideas with proper document and outlook.
