RESEARCH ANALYST – Roles and Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive training plans for various aspects of STEM education, focusing on areas such as 3D printing, PCB boards, and other relevant technologies.
Design and develop training programs tailored to the needs of students, incorporating handson learning experiences and interactive activities.
Prepare the learning environment by setting up technical equipment and ensuring all resources are readily available for student use.
Facilitate engaging discussions and research activities to encourage student participation and exploration of relevant topics.
Adhere to scheduled class timings, ensuring prompt start and end times, and maintaining proper organization of equipment.
Collaborate with staff to report and track all STEM activities, providing necessary support to the Program Director.
Coordinate with ROBOTICS EVENT and Operation directors to ensure successful implementation of STEM programs.
Interpret current curriculum and proposed changes to relevant stakeholders, including the board, administration, staff, and the public.
Design course materials, handouts, manuals, and exercises to support effective learning experiences for students.
Develop and implement STEM lesson plans aligned with camp objectives, fostering growth and engagement among campers.
Possess strong oral and written communication skills to effectively convey information and instructions.
Demonstrate excellent organization and planning abilities to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Deliver engaging and informative training sessions using effective presentation techniques.
Utilize hands-on learning technologies to enhance student learning experiences.
Collaborate effectively with partner and community organizations to maximize program impact.
Exhibit initiative, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
