Job Title: Python Trainer (Contractual)

About the Role

Certiedge is looking for a passionate and industry-oriented Python Trainer to deliver practical, hands-on training programs for engineering students under our Centre of Excellence initiative in Bengaluru.

The trainer will focus on building strong programming fundamentals, real-world problem-solving ability, and project-based learning — moving beyond theory into implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom training on Industry-Oriented Python Curriculum

• Cover modules including:

  • Python fundamentals (variables, control flow, functions)

  • Data structures (lists, dictionaries, tuples)

  • File handling & real-world applications

  • OOP concepts and project implementation

  • Exception handling & clean coding practices

• Conduct hands-on coding sessions and mini-projects

• Guide students in building practical applications such as:

  • ATM simulation

  • Student record system

  • File-based data management systems

  • Capstone project (student portal / CSV tool etc.)

• Conduct aptitude assessments and support batch structuring

• Monitor student progress and provide structured feedback

• Maintain training quality and Certiedge branding standards

• Collaborate with academic coordinators and internal teams

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python programming

• Solid understanding of:

  • OOP concepts

  • File handling

  • Exception handling

  • Code debugging and optimization

• Experience in delivering practical, hands-on sessions

• Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–10+ years of industry or training experience

• Prior experience teaching B.Tech students

• Exposure to AI/ML fundamentals (added advantage)

• Experience in industry implementation projects (preferred)

Engagement Details

• Full-time on-site role (Bengaluru)

• Contract extendable up to 12 months based on performance

• Immediate joining preferred
