Trainer Coordinator – Requirement
Experience: 2–4 years in training coordination, L&D, operations, or a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate training calendars, sessions, trainers, and participants.
Schedule and manage training programs across multiple locations/centres.
Coordinate with internal teams and external trainers.
Maintain attendance, training records, feedback, and MIS reports.
Ensure training materials and resources are available before each session.
Track trainer performance and participant feedback.
Follow up on training completion, assessments, and certifications.
Support onboarding and induction programs.
Handle training-related communication and documentation.
Ensure smooth execution of training programs and resolve operational issues.
Desired Skills:
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good Excel/MS Office and reporting skills.
Excellent follow-up and stakeholder management.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple training schedules.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; certification/course in HR, L&D, or Training would be an advantage.
