Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Corporate IT Trainer to join our training team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in computer fundamentals and programming concepts, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching. As a trainee, you will assist in delivering IT training sessions, preparing learning materials, and helping employees or students develop technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist senior trainers in conducting corporate IT training sessions.

* Deliver training on Computer Fundamentals, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, and basic programming concepts.

* Prepare presentations, assignments, practical exercises, and training materials.

* Guide trainees during hands-on lab sessions and resolve their technical queries.

* Monitor trainee attendance, assignments, and overall learning progress.

* Evaluate trainees through quizzes, tests, and practical assessments.

* Keep training content updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.

* Support online and offline classroom training sessions.

* Maintain training records, reports, and documentation.

* Encourage an interactive and engaging learning environment.

Required Skills:

* Good knowledge of Computer Fundamentals.

* Basic understanding of Python, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

* Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Strong communication and presentation skills.

* Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.

* Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.

* Willingness to learn new technologies and training methodologies.

* Basic knowledge of networking and operating systems is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, MCA, or a related field.

* Freshers are welcome to apply.

* Relevant certifications in IT or programming will be an added advantage.
