Trainer

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Insurance Trainer with strong knowledge of Term Insurance and Health Insurance products. The ideal candidate will train team members on policy features, benefits, sales strategies, and ensure they understand the processes thoroughly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on Term and Health Insurance products.

• Explain policy features, eligibility criteria, claims processes, and documentation.

• Guide the team on sales techniques and objection handling.

• Prepare training materials and presentations.

• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales or training, preferably in term & health products.

• Strong understanding of insurance policies, premiums, riders, and claims processes.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to simplify complex insurance concepts for new joiners.

• It is a Full Time Teacher / Tutor job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
