Invigilator – Role Description

Working Hours:

6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Per-day basis (Shift-wise deployment)

Shift Structure & Payment

Shift 1: ₹350

Shift 2: ₹550

Shift 3 700

Shift 4: ₹800

(Payment will be made according to the shift assigned.)

Key Responsibilities

Supervise examination rooms and ensure a disciplined environment

Verify candidate identity and attendance

Distribute and collect examination materials

Monitor candidates to prevent unfair practices

Follow exam rules, regulations, and instructions strictly

Report any irregularities to the examination coordinator

Ensure smooth conduct of the examination throughout the shift

Eligibility & Skills

Basic education qualification

Good communication and observation skills

Punctual, responsible, and attentive

Ability to work long hours if required

Prior invigilation experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
