Invigilator – Role Description

Working Hours:

• 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Per-day basis (Shift-wise deployment)

Shift Structure & Payment

• Shift 1: ₹350

• Shift 2: ₹600

• Shift 3 800

• Shift 4: ₹900

(Payment will be made according to the shift assigned.)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise examination rooms and ensure a disciplined environment

• Verify candidate identity and attendance

• Distribute and collect examination materials

• Monitor candidates to prevent unfair practices

• Follow exam rules, regulations, and instructions strictly

• Report any irregularities to the examination coordinator

• Ensure smooth conduct of the examination throughout the shift

Eligibility & Skills

• Basic education qualification

• Good communication and observation skills

• Punctual, responsible, and attentive

• Ability to work long hours if required

• Prior invigilation experience is an advantage (not mandatory)

• Temporary / Daily basis
