Job Description

Wisdom Bright Kids Preschool is looking for a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team!

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities
• Create a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Use creative teaching methods – stories, rhymes, play, and hands-on learning
• Monitor and record each child’s progress
• Maintain classroom discipline with kindness and patience
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s growth
• Organize events, celebrations, and school activities
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and well-being of all children

Requirements:
• Qualification in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / TTC (preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Love for working with young children
• Patience, creativity, and teamwork
• Prior preschool experience is an added advantage
