Job Title: Mother Teacher

Job Summary:
We are seeking a caring, creative, and dedicated Mother Teacher to nurture and guide young learners. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in a CBSE school and must be able to manage all-round development of students while ensuring a safe and positive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Take overall responsibility for the holistic development of students in the assigned class.
• Create a warm, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for young learners.
• Design engaging lesson plans and innovative activities to develop academic and social skills.
• Assess and track students’ progress through classwork, assignments, and assessments.
• Encourage participation, creativity, and confidence in students.
• Maintain effective classroom discipline while fostering emotional and social well-being.
• Communicate regularly with parents to provide feedback on student progress and growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events, training programs, and meetings.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) – Mandatory.
• 1–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school (mandatory).
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to handle and mentor young children with patience and care.
• Passionate about early childhood education and holistic student development.
