Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Children: Create a safe, fun, and stimulating learning environment for ages 3–13. Use clear, positive, and friendly communication with children, parents, and team members.

• Facilitate STEAM Learning: Deliver interactive sessions that spark curiosity and creativity through play and building.

• Lead Workshops & Events: Plan and conduct workshops, in-school programs, and special events.

• Track & Share Progress: Observe children’s engagement, give feedback, and prepare simple progress notes.

• Collaborate: Work with team members to ensure smooth and fun sessions.

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for working with children

• Good communication skills in English

• Patience and the ability to manage young learners

• Experience with kids (school, daycare, camps, workshops, or volunteering) is a plus

• Flexible to work weekends and travel locally within Bengaluru

Job Details

• Type: Full-time | Part-time

• Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹25,000 per month

• Location: In-person | East Bengaluru (Whitefield, Bellandur, Hoodi, Varthur, Kadugodi)

• Schedule: Rotational shifts, weekend availability required occasionally

• Benefits: Paid time off, Commission pay
