Job Title: Learning and Development Teacher/Trainer
Location: Agartala, Tripura
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Travel Allowance
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Field-based Role)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Teacher/Trainer to support the learning and development process by providing training to school teachers across different blocks in Agartala, Tripura. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in science and a willingness to travel locally to conduct in-person training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct teacher training sessions at various school blocks within Agartala.

• Deliver structured training modules effectively and consistently.

• Support school teachers in implementing innovative teaching practices.

• Evaluate and report on the progress of teachers post-training.

• Coordinate with the central learning and development team for training updates and improvements.

• Maintain proper documentation and feedback reports after each training session.

Requirements:

• Minimum educational qualification: B.Sc. (Bachelor of Science)

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively within Agartala’s blocks.

• Prior teaching or training experience preferred (especially in school education or teacher development).

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
