Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging Telugu language lessons as per the curriculum.
Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and communication skills.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
Evaluate students' academic performance and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain student attendance, records, and progress reports.
Encourage students to participate in literary, cultural, and language-related activities.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development.
Participate in school events, meetings, training programs, and academic activities.
Ensure discipline and classroom management according to school policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Telugu, Literature, Education, or a related field.
B.Ed. qualification preferred.
Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience (freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply).
Excellent command of spoken and written Telugu.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital teaching tools.
