We are looking for a PGT – History & Political Science to join our team at The Samarth School. The position requires designing structured lesson plans, delivering subject-rich instruction, and helping students meet their educational and academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide subject-focused tutoring sessions in History and Political Science for senior secondary students.

• Track student progress through assessments and share updates regularly with coordinators and parents.

• Motivate students with constructive feedback and personal academic mentoring.

• Train students in effective study techniques, time management, and exam strategies.

• Help students prepare thoroughly for unit tests, periodic assessments, and CBSE board examinations.

• Encourage group discussions, debates, and collaborative learning environments in the classroom.

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment that supports critical thinking.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: M.A. in History or Political Science (both preferred)

• Professional Requirement: B.Ed. is mandatory

• Experience: 2–5 years of teaching experience in CBSE-affiliated senior secondary classes

• Strong communication, classroom leadership, and subject expertise

• Familiarity with CBSE curriculum, board exam patterns, and smart classroom technology

• A student-first approach, ethical teaching values, and a commitment to academic excellence
