Job Profile – Faculty (7th to 12th STD)

Position: Faculty / Mentor

Location: Yavatmal /pusad / wani

Key Responsibilities

Classroom Teaching

Teach students from 7th to 12th standard effectively.

Explain concepts in a simple, engaging, and result-oriented way.

Seminar & Workshop Participation

Conduct and assist in student seminars, workshops, and mentorship sessions.

Deliver motivational and academic guidance sessions for students.

Student Mentorship

Track student performance and progress.

Guide students with study techniques, exam preparation, and time management.

Academic Planning

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and practice tests.

Conduct revision classes and doubt-solving sessions.

Parent Interaction

Communicate with parents regarding student progress and improvement areas.

Academic Activities

Participate in school visits, seminars, workshops, and academic events.

Required Skills

Strong subject knowledge

Good communication and presentation skills

Ability to handle seminars and speak confidently in front of students

Passion for teaching and mentoring students

Preferred Qualification

Graduate / Postgraduate in relevant subject

Teaching experience preferred (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
