Position: Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Experience: 2-3 years (Teaching Experience preferred) / Freshers from B.Tech (any stream) can also apply
Location: Skye Corporate Building, Indore
Mode: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and explain subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, Hindi, and English in Hindi language.

• Create engaging and informative video lectures based on the MP, UP & Rajasthan State Board syllabus.

• Break down and simplify complex concepts for better understanding of students from state boards.

• Coordinate with the content and production teams to ensure delivery of high-quality educational material.

• Prepare and review study material like notes, quizzes, and practice tests.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: 2-3 years of teaching experience preferred (online or offline).

• Freshers with B.Tech degree (any branch) possessing strong subject knowledge can also apply.

• Proficiency in Hindi language (spoken & written).

• In-depth understanding of Mathematics, Physics, Hindi, and English subjects as per state boards.

• Comfortable presenting and recording educational video content.

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.

• Prior experience with video creation or online teaching platforms is an advantage.

• Ability to make learning interactive, simple, and engaging for state board students.

• Basic knowledge of video recording tools or willingness to learn.
