🎯 Key Roles & Responsibilities
Handle walk-in enquiries and telephonic calls from parentsCounsel parents and explain abacus programs and fee structureManage admissions, registrations, and student dataFollow up on enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and messagesCoordinate with teachers for class schedules and daily operationsHandle parent feedback and concerns politely and professionallyMaintain attendance, records, and basic daily reportsEnsure a welcoming, organised, and positive centre environmentSupport promotional activities and lead follow-ups
