Roles & Responsibilities

• Teach and engage children from Preschool to 5th Standard with creative and effective methods.

• Prepare lesson plans, activities, and educational games suitable for early learners.

• Foster a positive, safe, and supportive classroom environment.

• Help in overall child development – academic, social, emotional, and behavioral growth.

• Communicate with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.

• Maintain class discipline and encourage active participation.

• Support in organizing school events, cultural activities, and parent-teacher meetings.

Skills & Work Solutions Required

• Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.

• Patience, creativity, and passion for teaching young children.

• Ability to handle and guide children with care and responsibility.

• Basic computer knowledge for preparing worksheets, reports, and presentations.

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (B.Ed. / ECCE / Montessori training preferred).
