We are looking for a dedicated, qualified, and student-focused Residential Faculty for the BBA Programme. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate management subjects, mentoring students, supporting academic activities, and contributing to the overall development of students in a residential campus environment.
Key Responsibilities
Teach BBA subjects effectively through classroom lectures, presentations, case studies, group discussions, and practical activities.
Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, quizzes, and internal assessments.
Guide and mentor students in their academic and professional development.
Monitor students' academic performance, attendance, discipline, and overall progress.
Conduct tutorials, doubt-clearing sessions, presentations, workshops, and skill-development activities.
Use modern teaching methods and digital tools to make learning interactive and industry-oriented.
Coordinate academic activities, examinations, projects, seminars, and student presentations.
Provide career guidance and help students develop communication, leadership, management, and employability skills.
Support students in internships, live projects, industrial visits, and placement preparation.
Maintain academic records and prepare reports as required by the institution.
Participate in faculty meetings, seminars, workshops, training programmes, and institutional activities.
As a residential faculty member, provide appropriate academic mentoring and student support beyond regular classroom hours when required.
Maintain a positive, disciplined, professional, and student-friendly campus environment.
