Before the Exam

Arrive Early:

Report to the venue well before the scheduled start time to prepare the exam room and materials.

Understand Protocols:

Familiarize yourself with the specific exam rules, procedures, and emergency protocols.

Verify Candidates:

Check each candidate's identification (ID) and admit card to ensure they are authorized to take the exam.

During the Exam

Maintain Order:

Ensure candidates take their assigned seats and follow all instructions for filling out answer books.

Monitor Candidates:

Continuously watch the examination hall, conduct regular rounds, and observe candidates for any suspicious activity or rule violations.

Prevent Cheating:

Deter and detect malpractice, such as using unauthorized materials or communicating with other candidates.

Manage Materials:

Distribute and collect exam papers, rough sheets, and other necessary materials according to the established procedure.

Document Incidents:

Record any instances of malpractice, misbehavior, or other notable events that occur during the examination.

Manage Time:

Announce the time remaining at set intervals, particularly during the final half-hour, to keep candidates aware.

After the Exam

Collect Scripts: Securely collect answer scripts and other documents from candidates.

Report and Handover: Submit all collected answer books, attendance records, and incident reports to the Chief Superintendent or Exam Control Room.

Post-Exam Procedures: Assist with post-exam procedures as required by the institution.
