📍 Position: Special Educator

📍 Location: Pushpa Khanna Memorial Centre, Kanpur

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Special Education (RCI-recognized)

• ⁠RCI certification is mandatory

• ⁠Experience in working with children with intellectual, developmental, or learning disabilities preferred

• ⁠Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

• ⁠Strong communication skills and a passion for inclusive education

Responsibilities:

* Assess students’ needs and create personalized learning plans

* Conduct one-on-one and small group interventions

* Maintain detailed progress records and documentation

* Promote inclusive practices in classroom and school settings
