Job Summary:

We are looking for a warm, responsible, and experienced Day Care Teacher to join our child care team in Airoli. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood development, able to create a safe and nurturing environment, and committed to supporting the emotional and educational growth of young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to foster physical, emotional, and intellectual development

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment

• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress and daily routines

• Monitor children’s behavior and development, reporting any concerns to the management

• Assist with meal times, nap times, and toilet training

• Maintain attendance and activity records as per center protocols

• Foster a warm, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for children and parents.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a preschool/day care environment

• Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children

• Ability to manage small groups of children with care and attention

• Knowledge of basic health, hygiene, and safety practices for children
  Working Hours: As per school/day care timings
  Note: Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
