We are looking for a GST & TDS Lecturer to join our team at Munimji Training & Placement Pvt. Ltd. The position requires creating design lesson plans and helping students meet their educational and academic goals. The role offers an in-hand salary for part time is ₹10,000 - ₹20,000.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Explaining Concepts: Breaking down complex topics such as:

• Scope & Applicability: Who is liable to deduct TDS and under what conditions (e.g., specified government bodies, PSUs, etc.).

• Rate of TDS: Current rates and the calculation methodology.

• Time of Deduction: When exactly the tax should be deducted.

• Payment of TDS: Procedures and deadlines for depositing TDS with the government.

• Filing of Returns: Detailed guidance on filing GSTR-7 and issuance of TDS certificates (Form GSTR-7A).

• Compliance & Due Dates: Mastering the monthly and annual compliance calendar.

• Reconciliation: Matching TDS credits between the deductor and deductee.

• Practical Application: Using real-life scenarios, case studies, and ledger-based accounting examples to illustrate concepts.

• Provide subject-focused tutoring sessions.

• Track student progress and share updates regularly.

• Motivate students with constructive feedback.

• Train students in study and exam skills.

• Help students prepare for tests and exams effectively.

• Encourage group discussions and collaborative learning.

• Foster a safe and encouraging learning environment.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Inter CA, CA, Hands on Experience in GST & TDS and 0 - 1 years of experience. Leadership skills and knowledge of test preparation or special education are very important.
