Content Developer – Science, Mathematics, Engineering & Medical

We are looking for skilled and passionate Content Developers capable of creating high-quality academic material across Science, Mathematics, Engineering, and Medical streams for CBSE and ICSE boards, Classes 1–12, as well as Madhyamik and Higher Secondary (Bengali Medium) students.

The ideal candidate must be able to develop:

• Concept-focused theory notes

• Board-aligned chapter explanations

• Step-by-step solutions

• Practice questions

• Model test papers

• Competitive exam preparation materials (JEE, NEET, Olympiad, etc.)

Applicants should demonstrate:

• Strong subject expertise

• Excellent command over English and/or Bengali

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and knowledgeable Content Developers who can create high-quality academic content aligned with school curriculum and competitive examination standards. The role involves producing structured, accurate, and engaging learning materials for students from primary to senior secondary levels across multiple educational boards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop curriculum-aligned study material including:

  • Chapter notes and explanations

  • Theory-based content

  • Step-by-step problem solutions

  • Activity-based learning tasks

  • Practice worksheets and exercises

  • Topic-wise and full-length question papers

  • Sample papers for JEE, NEET, and other exams

• Create content in English and/or Bengali, depending on requirement

• Ensure content is error-free, original, well-structured, and student-friendly

• Simplify complex concepts for easy understanding at different grade levels

• Work with editors, academic coordinators, and subject leads to finalize output

• Stay updated with latest syllabus and exam guidelines (CBSE, ICSE, WBBSE, WBCHSE, NTA, etc.)

• Meet project deadlines and maintain consistency in content quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant discipline:

  • Science / Mathematics / Engineering / Medical / Education or related fields

• Strong subject expertise with deep conceptual understanding

• Experience in:

  • Teaching

  • Academic writing

  • Content development

  • Coaching or publishing (preferred)

• Excellent written communication in English and/or Bengali

• Ability to create structured, syllabus-based academic material

• Understanding of age-appropriate pedagogy
