Job Description

Role: Preschool Daycare Teacher / Early Years Facilitator
Timings: Flexible shifts (Any 9 hours between 7 AM – 7:00 PM)
Experience: Minimum 6 months

Qualifications:

NTT / Montessori / ECE / CIDTT (mandatory) OR Bachelor’s Degree
Strong English communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Foster a love for learning through engaging classroom experiences
Plan and deliver curriculum-based activities for early learners
Conduct assessments and track child development
Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
Collaborate with parents and conduct regular progress discussions
Participate in events, workshops, and training programs
Work closely with team members on curriculum planning and activities
Support admissions and parent engagement initiatives
