Hermann College of Education is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher Interns with expertise in one or more academic subjects. This internship is ideal for graduates who want to gain practical teaching experience and develop classroom skills.

Internship Details

• Position: Teacher Intern

• Duration: 6 Months

• Stipend (In-hand): ₹4,000 – ₹5,000 per month

• Certificate: Internship Certificate will be provided after successful completion

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct teaching sessions to help students learn and improve in various subjects

• Prepare lesson plans according to students’ learning needs

• Monitor students’ academic progress and maintain reports

• Motivate students using positive feedback and encouragement

• Teach effective study techniques and exam preparation strategies

• Create an interactive, engaging, and student-friendly learning environment

• Ensure a safe and supportive atmosphere for students’ growth

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate

• Experience: 0 – 6 months (Freshers can apply)

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Interest or experience in test preparation or special education will be an added advantage

• Passion for teaching and student development
