Overview

We are looking for a highly knowledgeable and passionate UPSC IAS & PCS Teacher/Trainer who can mentor aspirants preparing for Civil Services Examinations. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of UPSC/State PCS exam patterns, syllabus, and preparation strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach UPSC/PCS syllabus subjects such as Polity, History, Geography, Economy, Environment, Science & Tech, Ethics, and Current Affairs (subject as per expertise).

• Conduct engaging classes (online/offline) with conceptual clarity, real-life examples, and updated content.

• Prepare study materials, notes, practice questions, test papers, and answer-writing modules.

• Mentor and guide students on exam strategy, time management, and topic prioritization.

• Conduct regular tests, evaluate answers, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

• Stay updated with latest UPSC notifications, trends, exam pattern changes, and current affairs.

• Deliver doubt-clearing sessions and motivational guidance for aspirants.

• Assist in curriculum development and continuous improvement of the training program.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Preferably in Humanities, Public Administration, Political Science, History, Geography, Economics, Sociology, Law, etc.).

• Candidates who have appeared for UPSC CSE Mains/Interview or PCS Mains/Interview will be given preference.

• Strong command over subject matter and excellent communication skills.

• Experience in teaching UPSC/PCS aspirants (preferred but not mandatory).

• Deep understanding of UPSC exam pattern and expectations.

• Ability to simplify complex topics for easy understanding.

• Strong analytical and answer-writing guidance skills.

• Patience, mentorship mindset, and motivational attitude.
