Position: Invigilator / Examination Staff
Job Type: Temporary / Exam-Based
Location: Examination Centre
Eligibility
- Age: 21+ years
- Qualification: Graduate
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined
- Ability to follow examination guidelines and instructions
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor candidates during the examination.
- Verify candidate identity and required documents.
- Guide candidates to their assigned seats/rooms.
- Distribute and collect examination materials.
- Maintain discipline and ensure smooth conduct of the exam.
- Monitor and report any suspicious activity or malpractice.
- Maintain attendance and other examination records.
- Follow all SOPs and instructions provided by the examination authorities.
- Report any issue immediately to the concerned supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality of examination-related information.
Note: Candidates must report on time and strictly follow all examination centre guidelines.
