Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) is a charitable trust providing FREE English, Digital Literacy, and Employability Skills training to youth aged 18+ across North India. Since 2010, over 6 lakh students have enrolled in our programs and transformed their lives through education.

Salary & Benefits

💰 Starting Salary: ₹14,000–₹14,500/month

📈 Performance-based increment up to ₹16,500/month

🎁 Bonuses up to ₹22,000 per cycle

🎓 Free residential training at FEA Lucknow Campus (food, accommodation, and travel included)

Key Responsibilities

✅ Teach English and Employability Skills (4 classes daily)

✅ Mobilize and enroll students from nearby villages and communities

✅ Manage daily administrative tasks

✅ Participate in training and development activities

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline

• Basic English communication skills

• Willing to relocate and work in a rural area

• Own a mobile phone and two-wheeler/cycle

• Ready to commit to a minimum of 1 year
