Graduation (BA / BSc) in a relevant subject, B.Ed mandatory

CTET/TET preferred

Freshers & Experienced both may apply

Good communication skills in English & Hindi

🧑‍🏫 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (DETAILED)

• 📘 Academic Responsibilities

Teach middle school classes as per CBSE / State Board curriculum

Lesson planning, assessments & academic record maintenance

Ensure strong subject delivery & student engagement

• 🏫 Discipline & Classroom Management

Maintain strict classroom discipline

Monitor student behaviour & academic seriousness

Ensure a positive, respectful learning environment

• 🌙 Residential & Evening Prep Duties

Supervise evening preparation (approx. 2 hours daily)

Maintain silence, discipline & academic focus during prep time

Support students with doubt-solving during prep sessions

• 👨‍🎓 Student Mentoring

Guide students academically & morally

Encourage good habits, punctuality & responsibility

Coordinate with wardens for student discipline

• 🤝 Campus & Team Responsibilities

Participate in school events, meetings & activities

Support overall campus discipline & residential routines

Coordinate with the Academic Head & Management
