Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a 30–45 min 1:1 session with children at their home as per a set curriculum

• Engage children using Raising Superstars’ screen-free activities (training provided)

• Provide brief progress feedback to parents after each session

• Maintain attendance logs and basic reports through our mobile app

• Represent the Raising Superstars brand with professionalism and care

Qualifications

• Graduate in any field; ECCEd / B.Ed. / Montessori certification preferred

• Fluent in English + Hindi or Marathi

• Minimum 6 months of experience with children (personal or professional)

• Must be comfortable travelling locally for sessions

• Must have a clean background and be willing to undergo police verification
