About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Trainer/Lecturer to deliver engaging technical lectures (online/offline), design assessments, develop learning materials, and mentor students.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive technical training sessions.

Prepare question banks, mock tests, and hands-on learning content.

Mentor students and provide career guidance.

Administer LMS and ensure smooth course delivery.

Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Desired Profile:

Education: BE/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Electronics/Electrical/Production/Mechatronics.

Technical Skills: Strong core engineering knowledge, lab equipment familiarity, and proficiency in relevant software.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, mentoring, and adaptability to diverse learning styles.

Experience: 0–3 years (teaching/training or industry experience preferred).
