Position Overview
We are seeking passionate, committed, and English-proficient Teachers for all subjects from Nursery to Class 12 run by CTD Foundation English Medium School in Village Kunaura, Mahona, Lucknow. The ideal candidate must believe in the transformative power of education and have a genuine desire to serve children from rural backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach assigned subjects effectively across Nursery to Class 12, depending on skill and preference.

• Use modern teaching methods, including digital tools, activity-based learning, conceptual teaching, and student-centric approaches.

• Develop lesson plans, assessments, and classroom materials.

• Foster an inclusive, safe, and encouraging classroom environment.

• Support the school’s mission of rural upliftment through education.

• Participate in school events, training programs, and community initiatives.
  

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (subject-specific specialization is preferred for senior classes).

• Strong fluency in English (spoken and written).

• Passion for teaching and ability to connect with children from diverse backgrounds.

• Openness to adopting modern and innovative teaching techniques.
