We are looking for a Teacher to join our team at Asset Compounders Academy Private Limited with a strong background in Maths and Science of 6th to 10th/12th academic subjects. The tutor/teacher will be responsible to develop lesson plans and teach students according to their educational needs. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹16,500 and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct tutoring sessions for students in various subjects Online and Offline.

Make Tutorial YouTube Videoes.

Assess, track and report on student progress.

Provide feedback to students using positive reinforcement techniques.

Teach students study skills, note-taking skills and test-taking strategies.

Prepare students for standardized tests and examinations.

Encourage interactive and collaborative learning in sessions.

Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6 years of experience. Applicants should have leadership experience and honed skills in areas like test preparations, special education etc.
