• FEA does not take any money from students.

• The course duration is 1 year.

• Since 2010, more than 6 lakh students have joined.

• Each teacher teaches 55–60 students every year.

• Teachers help change students’ lives and support their families.

✅ Job Eligibility (Who Can Apply?)

• Must be a graduate (any subject).

• Must know basic English.

• Must work for minimum 1 year (no time pass).

• Ready to work 20+ km away from hometown (accommodation support given).

• Must have:

  • A mobile phone

  • A two-wheeler or cycle

💰 Salary, Bonus & Benefits

💵 Salary

• ₹14,500 per month (first year)

• ₹16,500 per month (second year – if performance is good)

🎁 Bonuses (March–July 2026)

1. ₹10,000 – After completing course cycle

2. ₹6,000 – If 90% attendance (Lesson 100–120)

3. ₹6,000 – If 75% attendance (Lesson 170–200)

👉 Bonus only after completing the full cycle.

🚗 Other Benefits

📚 Job Responsibilities

• Teach students in villages.

• Find new students (branch should have 60+ students).

• Take 3 classes daily (2.5 hours each).

• Do 30 minutes daily admin work.

• Follow FEA curriculum properly.

• Attend training in Lucknow.

🕒 Job Details

• Full-time job

• 6 days working (Sunday off)

• 8 hours daily (split shift between 6 AM – 8 PM)

• Location decided by FEA

• Residential training (stay at campus)

• Duration: 40–90 days

• Monday–Saturday training

• Sunday off

• Free food & stay

• Train ticket provided (sleeper class)

• ₹250 daily stipend (weekly bank transfer)

• No other job/study allowed during training

• Teachers come again every 2–3 months for refresher training

⚠️ Important Rules

• Zero tolerance for dishonesty.

• No lying, no fake data, no stealing.

• Random audits happen.

• No tobacco, gutka, alcohol or intoxicants allowed.

• It is a Full Time Teacher / Tutor job for candidates with Freshers.
