Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) offers teaching and facilitator positions focused on empowering youth in North India by building essential employability skills, English language proficiency, and digital literacy through a free, year-long curriculum. Teach English, digital literacy, and non-cognitive/life skills to youth aged 17-25 based on the FEA curriculum.
Conduct interactive, student-focused classes that foster critical thinking and lifelong learning, using stories, visual aids, and games.
Facilitate 3 classroom sessions daily (each session typically lasting 2.5 hours, six days a week).
Recruit and enroll local youth, maintain a minimum of 60+ enrollments per branch, and build strong relationships with students and the community.
Monitor individual and collective student progress, offer extra support, and assess achievement.
Manage administrative duties and maintain effective communication with students and stakeholders.
Minimum qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
Ability to understand and communicate in basic English.
Commitment to a minimum 1-year employment period; this is not intended as a temporary job.
Willingness to relocate to a branch at least 20 km away from hometown (with accommodation support).
Must own a mobile phone and a two-wheeler or bicycle for commuting.
Warm, friendly, and patient personality with creativity in teaching methods.
Prior experience in teaching or facilitation preferred but not required; certification in communication or soft skills is a bonus.
Compulsory, intensive training program (lasting 40–90 days) in Lucknow UP with stipend and free meals/lodging.
Appointment letter provided only after successful completion of training.
Ongoing mentorship and career counseling support for personal development and teaching efficacy.
Starting salary: ₹14,500/month for the first year (curriculum cycle), rising to ₹16,500/month on meeting performance targets.
Curriculum completion bonus: ₹10,000 per cycle; optimum capacity bonus of ₹10,000 for maintaining high enrollment.
Teachers are eligible for health insurance, life insurance, informal dress code, and free snacks.
FEA invests extensively in staff training before official employment, spending ₹50,000–1,00,000 per candidate.
