We're Hiring – Full-Time, Fresher/Experienced

About Us

Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) is an NGO that has worked in the field of education for the last 24 years, providing free education to adult learners in rural areas. We focus on building employability skills through life-skills training, digital literacy, and helping candidates find jobs both online and offline.

Selection Process

Telephonic interview

Selected candidates undergo a 40–60 day training program

On successful completion, candidates are placed in a job in a village near their home

Training Details

Location: Gehru, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Travel: Free (fully paid by the NGO)

Stipend: ₹250/day during training

Accommodation & food: Free

Job Details

Work Location: Village near the candidate's home, within Rewari, Mahendragarh, Kosli, Charkhi Dadri, and Bhiwani (Haryana)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Fresher and Experienced both welcome)

Working Hours: 8 hours/day

Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday off), Day shift

Salary: ₹15,300 – ₹20,000/month

Benefits: Health Insurance, Provident Fund (PF)

Eligibility

Education: Any graduate (Bachelor's degree)

Language: Working knowledge of English preferred

Work Location: In person
